And last night we went out to eat and Drew got into a fire ant bed while we were waiting outside. His feet had welt all over them last night and this is what they look like today. I counted over 50 fire ant bites:

I tried giving Ryan some rice cereal and carrots and he did ok with the rice cereal but did not care for the carrots at all.

When we were in Cleveland, we rode the train and when the doors would open and shut Drew would imitate the sound “psssh”. So he had been doing that and then he added a hand movement to it- kind of like he was casting a spell on us. We dont know where he got the hand movement from but its pretty cute. Drew got to go to Chuck E Cheese last Friday night because he slept in his bed all night for 14 day! He filled his reward chart and got 10 free tokens!

Drew’s first day of preschool was today. He did great and didn’t even cry when he went into class. I can’t say the same for myself- I was crying as I drove off. I know that he is going to have a blast and it helps that preschool is at our church so he is already familiar with the surroundings. His teacher is Ms. Kim and his class is the Monkey class. Very fitting for him. Here are some pictures:

We had a pretty good holiday weekend. We have had 3 people come and look at our house so hopefully it will be sold quickly. We went around looking at houses too- just checking out the neighborhoods and the outside of the house to determine if we want to go back for a tour. We have narrowed our list to 10 houses.

Drew has been a ball of energy lately. He is talking non-stop and if he is not talking he is whining. Quite annoying with both things. He is going to be starting pre-school on Wednesday. Its so hard to believe that he is old enough to start pre-school!

Ryan is growing like a weed! He is taking 6 oz. bottles now and we are probably going to start cereal pretty soon. He is sitting in the floppy seat in the high chairs at restaurants now. He is reaching for things and bringing them to his mouth. He loves playing with his feet and almost managed to get his toes in his mouth tonight. He was sitting unassisted for a few seconds- but he wasnt sitting straight up. He was slouched over trying to reach for a toy but it was still unassisted! He is still a GREAT nighttime and naptime sleeper! We have really lucked out with both boys in that regard!
