We heard the kids wake up about 8 or 8:15 this morning. They came in and woke us up around 8:30 and Drew asked if he could open his stocking to which we said no. Then he said “Santa didnt bring my sleeping bag” and Peter asked if he opened the presents and Drew said no. To which we asked “well, how do you know Santa didnt bring your sleeping bag?”

Anyways, we came downstairs and the kids posed for the obligatory pictures and then the carnage began.

We had our preschool’s Christmas program on December 15th. Ryan’s 2 year old class sang Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star and Jingle Bells. Drew’s 4 year old class sang Frosty the Snowman, Here Comes Santa Claus, Must be Santa, and We Wish you a Merry Christmas. As suspected, Ryan stood up there with a scowl on his face. Drew did a great job singing along with the other 4 year olds!
